The City of Rockmart has many types of facilities that are available to the general public. These facilities have been purchased or built to give the citizens a variety of options for business use and leisure enjoyment. While several of these facilities are available for rent there are some that are available on a first come basis as follows:

How to Rent a Facility
Facilities are rented through the City of Rockmart Billing Office at 316 N. Piedmont Avenue, Rockmart, GA. The following steps will assist you in a successful rental process for your event.
- Determine which facility is most suited for your needs.
- Verify the availability of the facility for your special date by contacting our office at 770-684-5454.
- Pay the non-refundable booking fee of $25.00 (Required for Building Facilities only).
- Visit the City of Rockmart Billing Office to request a rental application.
- Complete a rental agreement form.
- Pay your rental deposit and non-refundable booking fee, when applicable.
- Pay your rental fee prior to the rental date.
- To obtain the facility key, return to the City of Rockmart Billing Office on day before your scheduled event date or on Friday before a weekend rental date.
- Be sure the facility is clean, undamaged, and secure upon completion of your use, and the building is vacated by 11:00 pm.
- Return the key the following business day.
- Your refundable security deposit will be processed within 30 business days.*
*To receive a full deposit refund, customers must return the rental facility to a neat, clean, and undamaged condition, and it must be vacated no later than 11:00 PM.
City of Rockmart reserves the right to charge additional clean-up fees when applicable. Any fees incurred may be deducted from the deposit and/or charged to the renter of the facility.
