- How long have you lived in Rockmart? I have lived in Rockmart for 35 years.
- How long have you been on the council? I've been on the council since January 2012.
- What are your goals as councilmen/woman? I'd like to see our crime rate reduced as well as encourage industrial development. At some point, we need to try to secure another industrial park. I don't want tremendous growth but we are going to have to expand our industrial base to avoid tax increases in order to provide the services that we currently do.
- What is your favorite thing about Rockmart? My favorite thing is the small town feel that we enjoy in Rockmart. I personally don't want that to ever change. I support very limited government and very limited growth. I do not want to be a bedroom community for Atlanta.
- Your promise to the community is...? My promise to the citizens of Rockmart is that I will serve with integrity. While we may not always agree, I will always listen.
